We have ordered Tian Xian products ourselves from various Internet suppliers. Upon contacting the inventor and manufacturer of Tian Xian we got confirmation that all products we have purchased were from their house, namely China-Japan Feida Union Co. Ltd in China, even if they all have a different packaging!

When we compared the product packaging of above website with other
websites selling Tian Xian Liquid on the Internet we came to the following conclusion:
-indeed the packaging is very different. It is brown and / or grey. But the original Tian Xian has a white packaging. We asked ourselves: does a company need to change the packaging in order to combat counterfeits? Or do they want to confuse costumers and want them to believe that their product iis the only genuine product? Isn't the original packaging with laser imprint the best protection against counterfeit? And why you have to pay more for a repacked version? Is it you, the customer who has to pay for the investment of the repacking?
-The prices of repacked Tian Xian Liquid are much higher as the prices of the original Tian Xian Liquid.
We had a look what the manufacturer had to say about "Fake Products" and we had to dig deep in some archives and publications to find something.
Well, we found something. The manufacturer's information on fake
products is: "I, Zhen Guo Wang, director of Zhen Guo Grlp Industry Co., hereby announce that Zhen Guo Group Industry Co. Ltd. has authorized China-Japan Feida Union Co., Ltd., a Hong Kong based company, to be the Global Sole Agent of all Tian Xian serial products outside mainland China area. Zhen Guo Group Industry Co. Ltd. has every legal right to those who sell Tian Xian serial products other than China-Japan Feida Union Co., Ltd. outside mainland China. "
We can asume that there is only one Global sales agent of Tian Xian Liquid.

Now we wanted to check on other websites who claim that they sell the original Chinese version of Tian Xian Liquid. They also claim that they have the original packaging of Tian Xian Liquid, which is not modified in any way, but original as it comes from the manufacturer.

The product arrived in a speedy manner. It was sent out already the day after we had placed our order. So far there was nothing to complain.
There was also a red logo from China-Japan Feida Union Co. Ltd. as well as a brochure on how to use the
product. We were pleased with that. Even a watermark imprint to guarantee the original product was ther.
We also could find the name of the manufacturer as well as the address:

| We contacted the manufacturer China-Japan feida Union Co. Ltd. then in April 2005 and got the following confirmation: |

- that they are the only manufacturer of Tian Xian Liquid
- that the product we have bought (in athe white box) was their own product with the original packaging
- it comes directly from their house and the address written on the packaging is their address: Hency Tower, 8th Floor, 9 Chatham Rd., TsimSha Tsui, Hong Kong.
So we were on the safe side and we knew that we did not buy a fake
product and that the broduct we bought had an original packaging which was not changed, altered or modified in any way after it has left the factory.
We were relieved and we knew that the Tian Xian product we have
bought for only 750 US$ was the original one and there were no fake products around.
There was no need for us to get a more expensive Tian Xian product from companies who claim that there are fake products around and who themselves carry a packaging that has been modified and is not original. Indeed we saved a lot of money.
We were happy that we finally found out the truth about all these different prices and so-called fake products.
But asking the manufacturer why there are Tian Xian products with different packagings around, the answer was that this might be possible but those products carrying another packaging than the original one are not for the Chinese market but maybe some vendors change the packaging for selling the product in other countries...
